What is your return policy?
We accept returns on new, unopened Asterias products. Simply return the item within 10 days of receiving. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return un-opened items.
All items purchased with a promo code are final sale, no exceptions.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement . However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed or returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded. If item is deemed undeliverable, Asterias will refund the amount of the product, minus the cost of shipping.
